This is a structured and more traditional method of learning. It generally involves a typical class room experience that delivers the training face to face. It offers hands on learning, interaction and flexibility. This package is aimed for the more traditional trainer / learner relationship - Web Based Training
One of our most cost effective packages enables the learner to progress at their own pace. The training is broken down into sections or modules and each one is performed to camera by an instructor. Graphics and CGI can be added to the video to enhance the learning along with archive footage from other videos created in the past. A series of modules can be placed on a website with each one available to download as a separate video. - On The Job Training
This style of learning supports the practical application of core competencies and general codes of conduct and practice within the work place without endangering people or equipment. Modules of underpinning knowledge can be designed for the web as a learning method which enables staff to progress at their own pace.
